Gopal Chandu's Football Coaching Routine.

I wrote a book in 2017 called "Brainwashed Conditioned and Miseducated". Actually, there is no such thing. Unless, you read what follows: Gopal Chandu's Football Coaching Routine: Brainwashed Before bedtime: A reading of Carl Gustav Jung's book "Memories, Dreams and Reflections." Before breakfast: A reading of Sigmund Freud's theory of transactional analysis using Thomas Anthony Harris's book, "I'm OK You're OK" Conditioned Between 9am to 11am: Any 1 of the following four running routines namely 20/40 minutes shuttle run 30/30 minutes temple run Between 11am to 1am: Any 2 of 6 arm exercises with minimum weights 20/35/50 reps (I use 3.5kg, my brother uses 5 kg) alongwith 5 pushups, 10 pullups, 15 situps, 20 surfpushups, 10 archerpushups Miseducated After lunch: Football a) Practising 10 problems from artofproblemsolving[dot]com/alcumus alternating between simple percents and other problems from other topics. (Max 2 hours) b) Practicing skills from 133t on android playstore. c) Subscribing to football feeds from Feedly app and tagging player posts to board called 'it's only illuminati' and team manager posts to board called 'it's only CIA' d) Turning up for football coaching session
